Colour prediction attracts many scams. These are the most common ones.
| Scam | How it works | Red flag |
|---|---|---|
| Paid “signals” / VIP groups | Telegram or WhatsApp groups sell “sure-shot” predictions | Screenshots of wins and a fee to join |
| Prediction hack / mod APK | An app claims to read the next result | Asks for login or OTP; steals your account |
| Withdrawal unlock fee | “Pay ₹X tax or fee to release your winnings” | Any upfront payment to withdraw |
| Fake support | “Support” contacts you first and asks for your OTP or a deposit | Real support never DMs you first |
| Recruitment pyramid | Earn by getting others to deposit | Income depends on others losing; see agent commission |
